Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if cancellation is made 14 days prior to check-in.
  • 50% refund will be given, if cancellation is made 7-13 days prior to check-in
  • No refund – if cancellation is made 7 days prior to check-in.
  • Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-show and no refund will be given.
  • Refund will be made within 7-10 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.
  • Once you have checked in and you want to leave before the checkout date, a refund will not be given.
  • 12% processing fee applied to the refund amount.
  • Our package is all inclusive, if the Guest doesn’t enjoy the benefits included in the package, he/she will have no right to claim a refund.
